Property Management 4.0 using the modern online platform HOMECASE
Estate5 offers its clients the online service Homecase, a communication platform centered around their property, as a modern cloud solution.
Through "Homecase," we provide relevant documents for your residential complex for download (e.g., energy certificate, house rules, or partition declaration). You also have 24/7 access to the minutes of the most recent owners' meetings or the complete collection of resolutions, regardless of your location.
You can also receive your annual statements, financial plans, and invitations to owners' meetings digitally in your personal inbox in Homecase—only if you wish (there is no obligation). This way, you have the documents as PDF files and can use them for tenant billing or forwarding to your tax advisor.
"Homecase" also offers our clients an easy way to send messages to us (e.g., to report a tenant change or reorder keys). Your request will be directly forwarded to the responsible department through the data management system.
Through the digital "bulletin board," you can connect with your co-owners. As property managers, we will use this feature to share information beyond the usual notices. This is particularly interesting for owners who do not live on the property.
Since April 2020, we have provided members of the management board with the option of accessing a "digital document review." This allows for modern, forward-looking, and convenient document and invoice reviews from home, around the clock.
