Estate5 AG views compliance as more than just adherence to laws and internal regulations; it is the foundation of all our decisions and actions.

We strictly prohibit accepting commissions, gifts, or any other monetary advantages from service providers who are invited to submit offers or who are engaged by us. While small tokens of appreciation may be accepted if they benefit the entire team, any invitations or acceptance of invitations must be approved by management.

Our company philosophy is to avoid any actions that could suggest we do not act exclusively in the best interests of our clients. We are committed to maintaining excellent and ethical relationships with other companies while upholding these principles.

This commitment is also reflected in the employment agreements of our staff.
